Dr Julie Malone

Julie is a down to earth therapist who is warm and gentle, and passionate about women’s issues across the lifespan. Within a safe space and with a compassionate approach, she will listen deeply to the things you would like to work through and understand. Julie will guide you to identify patterns that might be holding you from living freely. Whether you are being distracted by your inner critic, thoughts of worry, too many expectations or pressure to be something that is not your true self, the therapy space will help you connect with where you find calm within yourself. Be ready to discover what your true emotional needs are and be supported to craft a life that you fully own.
The goal is to become intentional about your life, and to heal from little or big traumas you have experienced. Julie will work at your pace to achieve the goals you have identified together.
Julie is also a verified Size Inclusive Health care provider, and is passionate about eliminating ‘diet culture’. She practices Health at Every Size principles and will help you feel empowered as you take care of yourself.
Dr Deepika Gupta

Deepika is a Clinical Psychologist and comes with over 15 years of experience. She is a trauma informed and LGBTQ+ aware therapist. She brings a strengths based and compassion based approach to her work and as a client, you will experience a safe space to process difficult emotions and learn healthy ways to manage stress.
Her experiences of living and working in different countries has shaped her as a culturally sensitive and diverse minded individual which informs her treatment style. She has worked in clinical settings where she supported clients with a range of diverse mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma and grief; and in corporate settings where she worked with individuals to achieve better work life balance and reduce risk of burnout.
Deepika completed her PhD in the area of marital functioning and from that she brings an evidence based approach to interpersonal conflict and violence, impact of early life experiences on adult relationships and building a stable individual identity. She also has an interest in helping individuals build a healthy attachment with their work life and reducing feelings of being an imposter.
